Usually such people are deemed unemployable because companies naturally think that if a person has been passed over several times for recruitment there must be something drastically wrong with him or her and therefore their reaction is the same. The truth is that many capable people also get conditioned this way and therefore project this attitude of being unemployable that just makes things worse for them. This is usually independent of the career path that the person is involved in whether it pertains to careers in environmental science or any other career path. Here are some tips to prevent yourself from falling into this pit.

First and foremost, you must not let the negative conditioning that is blasted at you every time you fail a job interview or test make you believe that you are unemployable. If this happens, everything is lost. Your path to success, any success begins when you believe that you can achieve it. So, spend a few minutes everyday conditioning yourself positively so that you don’t succumb to negative influences.

Take a good, hard look at your resume. There is a good chance that it is too general and unfocussed on the career path that you are qualified for. For instance, if you have trained yourself for a particular position within careers in communications, then your resume should target that particular position and not the general, broad career umbrella pertaining to communications. If necessary, take professional help to get it improved upon.

Take some initiative to go to the companies that you have applied to and try to meet the people in charge of recruitment. Doing so can be interpreted as a sign of initiative and this may help you land a job.

As somebody who has always been really interested in politics, when it came time for me to choose a career path for myself to pursue, I got to thinking that it would be a lot of fun for me to work in an election. So I started to think that I would like to find work in the form of some campaigning jobs, which would allow me to stay involved in politics and even to be able to make money by doing so. But I wasn’t really sure where to start when it came to finding the right campaign jobs in my area so I knew that I was going to need some help. My Stubborn Mom’

My mother needs care assistants. She suddently got ill the other week and I and my younger brother finally convinced her to see a doctor. Well, we did not get good news but it is better that we know what she has and the medicinal care that she needs. The problem is that my job and my apartment is in another state and my brother is in college. My mother adamantly refuses to transfer and stay with me since she can ‘perfectly take care of herself’.

I don’t a choice but to give in since she really will not agree. But I have to hire people to look after her 24/7 and that means care assistants. Well, I do not care if I have to really spend for it as long as I know that my mother is fine and that they are people who are looking after her besides the neighbor.

Being a little child, I considered pretty much any machine to be fascinating. As I was growing older, I understood that their creators, basically, are engineers; so I decided to follow an engineering career. I really need to find a job. I am ready to move out of my parents house and live on my own! Don’t get me wrong, I love my parents to death! They are amazing, but I really need to be independent. There just comes a time in your life when you need to move on and have your own life. I know that my parents are ready for it. I have been looking hard through retail assistant jobs. I have had three interviews which all went well. I am expecting an offer to be made this week! I do not want to get my hopes up too high, but I think it is already too late for that. I started packing up after the first interview went well. I am really excited having my own income and paying for my own housing needs. I just cannot wait for all of it to really be happening!
